The breakfast offered a PANORAMIC view from the 11th floor. I found the location close to Taksim square very convenient with easy access to metro and buses. The spa access included a gym and a swimming pool and was a nice touch.

A Perfect Romantic Escape!

The location provided quick access to the Metro station. It was just a two-minute walk! Staff members were attentive, fulfilling our requests with grace. We received an early check-in and a late check-out. The rooms located on the 9th floor offered AMAZING views, something I deeply appreciated.
The rooftop pool was unfortunately closed. It was one of the main reasons I chose the hotel, so its unavailability was disappointing.

The staff provided prompt assistance and fulfilled requests with kindness and efficiency. Emrah, Muhammed, and Hakan were especially helpful, showing genuine care and attention to our needs. They elevated our experience.
